Monn Phu Phrai Resort (meaning 'The Herb Garden' surrounded by mountains) is situated 28 km ( approx. 25 minutes driving time ) north from Chiang Mai. Located off the main roads, surrounded by rural communities and lush forests & mountains in the Doi Sakhet municipality.

Designed as a community project the resort employs labour from surrounding villages and purchases fresh vegetables and other items from the local markets in order to let them participate into the development process.

Monn Phu Phrai is built on 2.5 acres of land, comprising of 22 Bungalows, salt-water chlorine infinity edge swimming-pool, sun terrace, open air reception and restaurant. All Bungalows are beautifully integrated in a naturally designed tropical landscaped garden.
